Planning Assistance

Researched and developed a specialized smoking cessation program manual called Leave Smoking Behind, created participant support materials and activities during the pilot program, consulted on the development of the facilitator’s guide, and a train-the-facilitator guide.  

PEI Senior Citizens’ Federation (PEISCF) – Facilitated a sustainability planning session for a community-based, seniors visiting program – Seniors Peer Helping Program.

Facilitated planning sessions for the provincial Board to create 3 year Goals and Objectives as well as measures for monitoring success.

Girl Guides of Canada – PEI Council – facilitated provincial restructure planning process including a provincial survey of Island Guiders, development of models for consideration, focus group feedback on models proposed, and recommendations on a structure adopted by the Provincial Council.

Autism Society of PEI - Strategic Planning – facilitated a session and created a document for the Autism Society of PEI to set Goals and Priority Actions for next three years.
